Ingredients
1 Dozen fresh large chicken eggs
1 Splash of Apple Cider Vinegar
4 Shakes of Course Sea Salt
Recipe
Place Eggs into a large pan. The pan must be large enough for the eggs to have room to move around
Fill the pan with cold water. About an inch above the eggs.
Splash cider vinegar into the pan along with the salt
Turn the stove to high. Bring eggs to a boil then remove the pan from the heat. Turn the heat down to low and return pan to the heat
Let pan sit on low for 1 minute.
After the minute is over remove from heat, cover and let stand for 12 minutes.
After the 12 minutes have elapsed pour out most of the water and run cold water over your eggs until the water feels cool not hot or warm.
Your eggs are now ready to be peeled or stored as is.
